1. Nature of the Service
This is a paid selection process. Entry provides consideration for a private immersive roleplay experience (“the Experience”). Selection is not guaranteed.
The Experience is fictional, staged, and fully consensual. No real abduction or non-consensual activity takes place.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally capable of entering binding agreements
- Identity verification may be required
- The Promoters reserve the right to refuse any entrant
3. Entry & Payment
Entry requires payment as stated at checkout.
Payment is for participation in the selection process only and is non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Selection Process
Selection is based on suitability, submission quality, and alignment with the Experience.
The Promoters reserve full discretion over selection and may choose not to select any entrant.
5. Consent Requirement
Any selected entrant (“the Participant”) must:
- Complete screening and pre-experience negotiation
- Provide full and honest disclosure of relevant conditions
- Review and sign a formal Informed Consent Agreement
The Informed Consent Agreement defines all boundaries, permissions, and safety protocols governing the Experience.
Failure or refusal to complete this agreement will result in removal from the Experience and selection may be withdrawn.
6. Acknowledgment of Nature
By entering, you acknowledge that:
- You fully understand the nature of the Experience
- You are participating voluntarily and without coercion
- You have had the opportunity to review all information provided
- You understand the Experience may involve psychological intensity and power dynamics
7. Consent & Control
The Experience operates under:
- Explicit, informed, and ongoing consent
- Pre-agreed boundaries and limits
- A defined safe word or stop mechanism
Consent may be withdrawn at any time and the Experience will immediately cease.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation involves inherent psychological and emotional intensity.
By proceeding, you voluntarily accept all risks arising within the scope of agreed and consented activities.
9. Right to Refuse or Terminate
The Promoters reserve the absolute right to:
- Refuse participation
- Withdraw participation at any stage
- Terminate the Experience at any time for safety or operational reasons
10. Health Responsibility
Participants confirm they are physically and psychologically capable of participation.
All relevant conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.
11. Liability
Participation is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for:
- Emotional or psychological responses
- Outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions
- Effects occurring within agreed and consented limits
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. No Therapeutic Claim
The Experience is not therapy, treatment, or a medical or psychological service.
No outcomes or personal transformation are guaranteed.
13. Confidentiality
All Experiences are private unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
No recording or use of likeness will occur without written consent.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is collected only for administration and communication purposes and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
No reliance is placed on any statements outside of these Terms.
16. Legal Position
This is a paid selection process and not a lottery or gambling product.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
